Western blot analysis of RPA32/RPA2 in Positive control: Lane 1: Mouse testis tissue lysate, Lane 2: A431 cell lysate, Lane 3: SH-SY-5Y cell lysate, Lane 4: SiHa cell lysate, Lane 5: 293 cell lysate, Lane 6: HeLa cell lysate, Lane 7: HepG2 cell lysate. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with RPA32/RPA2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-34843), at a dilution of 1:500 (5% BSA, 2 hours), followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.
