Western blot was performed using Anti-RACK1 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (JG40-26) (Product # MA5-34809) and a 35 kDa band corresponding to RACK1 was observed across across cell lines tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HEK-293 (Lane 1), THP-1 (Lane 2), Hep G2 (Lane 3), MCF7 (Lane 4), HeLa (Lane 5), PC-12 (Lane 6), Mouse Liver (Lane 7), Mouse Brain (Lane 8), Rat Liver (Lane 9) and Rat Brain (Lane 10) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:20000) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
