Introduction: Coronavirus is a class of viruses with membranous capsule, whose genomeis linear single-stranded RNA virus, which is divided into alpha, beta, gamma, delta fourgenera. The novel coronavirus belongs to the genus coronavirus.Coronavirus contains at least four structures: Spike Protein, EnvelopeProtein, Membrane Protein and N Nucleocapsid Protein.The S protein islocated on the envelope surface of the virus and can bind to the host cellsurface receptor Ace2. The spatial structure of S protein can be divided intotwo parts, S1 and S2 parts. S1 contains the receptor binding region(RBD).
