Description
This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry with formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues by several techniques such as Avidin Biotin Complex (ABC) Method. In the case of frozen sections, free-floating section (30µm) is recommended. The optimal concentration is 5 µg/mL. And this antibody can be used for immunofluorescence at 1 µg/mL (x250 Alexa). However, the concentration should be optimized by each laboratory. This antibody can be used for western blotting in a concentration of 1-5 µg /mL
