Paraffin sections (5 mm) were deparaffinized and immunostaining was performed using anti-FBP1 or anti-Ki-67 antibodies. The antigen-antibody reactions were visualized with DAB and the images were captured by a ×40 objective. Quantitative analysis of (B) FBP1 and (C) Ki-67 expression in epithelial ovarian normal, adenoma and carcinoma tissues by Image-Pro Plus 6 software. The intensity of DAB brown reactions was expressed as IOD. An analysis of variance with Student-Newman-Keuls post-hoc test was used to analyze statistical significance between groups. *P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significance.
