Description

Subunit Structure: Interacts with CPEB1. Interacts (via NPXY motif) with DAB2 (via PID domain); the interaction is impaired by tyrosine phosphorylation of the NPXY motif (By similarity).
Post-translational Modifications: The BPTI/Kunitz inhibitor domain is O-glycosylated.
