C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were stained with NK1.1 Monoclonal Antibody, APC (Product # 17-5941-82) and staining buffer (autofluorescence) (left) or 0.125 µg of Golden Syrian Hamster IgG Isotype Control, PE-Cyanine5.5 (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
