Immunofluorescent analysis of p27 Kip1 in HepG2 cells using a p27 Kip1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-33129) at a dilution of 1:32.5. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L). Cells were counter-stained with DAPI.

Western Blot analysis of p27 Kip1 using a p27 Kip1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-33129) at a concentration of 0.9 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in: HepG2 whole cell lysate, Hela whole cell lysate, MCF-7 whole cell lysate, NIH/3T3 whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 27 kDa.
