Western blot analysis of Phospho-B-Raf (Ser445) in extracts of Raji cells. Samples were incubated with Phospho-B-Raf (Ser445) Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97329) using a dilution of 1:2,000 or BRAF antibody. Followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. Raji cells were treated by PMA/TPA (200 nM) for 30 minutes. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.
