Immunofluorescence staining of GP73 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with GOLPH2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80668, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.

Western Blot using GOLPH2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80668) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: 293T Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: Hela Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: A549 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 45 kDa. Observed band size: 72 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).
