Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse CD226 expression on BABL/c splenocytes. Cells were stained with CD226 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (26) (Product # MA5-29670), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
