Flow cytometric analysis of Rat IL1R1 expression on SD rat splenocytes. Cells were stained with IL1R1 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (7) (Product # MA5-29867), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
