Western Blot analysis of GSTZ1 was performed by loading 30 µg of Hep G2 whole cell lysate (lane A), 293T whole cell lysate (lane B), and mouse liver tissue lysate (lane C). Proteins were transferred to a membrane, probed with a GSTZ1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80678) at a 1:500 dilution, and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10000. Predicted band size:24 kDa; Observed band size:26 kDa.
