Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD64 expression on human whole blood monocytes. Cells were stained with CD64 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (407) (Product # MA5-29262), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
