Lane A: A549 whole cell lysate; Lane B: MCF-7 whole cell lysate; Lane C: NCI-N87 whole cell lysate. Secondary: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1: 10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 36 kDa. Observed band size: 36-38 kDa. (We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands).
