Immunocytochemistry analysis of NFYA in HeLa cells using NFYA Polyclonal (Product # PA5-81526). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NFYA polyclonal antibody (1:5,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

Western Blot analysis of NFYA using NFYA Polyclonal (Product # PA5-81526) at a 1:500 dilution. Sample: Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Lane A: Jurkat whole cell lysate; Lane B: Hela whole cell lysate; Lane C: NIH3T3 whole cell lysate. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:37 kDa, Observed band size:40 kDa, (We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.).
