Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD5 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Cells were stained with CD5 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (39) (Product # MA5-29117), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The histograms were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
