Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD33 expression on human whole blood monocytes. Cells were stained with CD33 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (1) (Product # MA5-29104), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable monocytes.
