Immunofluorescent analysis of TCF7 in Hep G2 cells using a TCF7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-84842). The analysis shows localization to nucleoplasm.

Western blot was performed using Anti-TCF7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-84842) and a 50 kDa band corresponding to TCF7 was observed across cell lines. Whole cell extracts (60 µg lysate) of MOLT-4 (Lane 1), Jurkat (Lane 2), U-2 OS (Lane 3), LNCaP (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:2000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:20000 dilution) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Atto Ultimate Sensitivity Substrate (Product # A38556). Lane 3 and Lane 4 cell lines are expected to be lower expressing than the lane 1 and lane 2 cell models.
