Immunohistochemistry analysis of RBM15 in paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma. Samples were incubated with RBM15 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-92321) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

A HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
