Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Placenta (Lane 1) and Mouse Lung (Lane 2). The blot was probed with Anti-Alpha-fetoprotein (Mouse) Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703094, 1:250 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution). A ~68 kDa band corresponding to Alpha-fetoprotein was observed in the relevant tissue model tested.
