Western Blot using MMP14 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85741). Untreated (–) and treated (+) U87-MG whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MMP14 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85741) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Western blot analysis of MMP14 in non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts using MMP14 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85741) using 30 µg of sample at a dilution of 1:1000. Sample was then incubated with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Prior to incubation with primary antibody, the sample was separated on 7.5% SDS-PAGE.
