Immunofluorescence staining of Human CD97 in JURKAT cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with CD97 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (24) (Product # MA5-29003, 1:60) at 37°C 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cells membranes.

Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD97 expression on K562 cells. Cells were stained with CD97 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (24) (Product # MA5-29003), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
