Flow cytometric analysis of Human GOLPH2(GP73) expression on HeLa cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturer’s manual, stained with GOLPH2 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (24) (Product # MA5-29301) (GP73), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
