Western blot was performed using GAPDH Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (SA30-1) (Product # MA5-31976) and a 37 kDa band corresponding to GAPDH was observed across all cell lines and tissues. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HT-29 (Lane 1), Hep G2 (Lane 2), MCF7 (Lane 3), HeLa (Lane 4), Jurkat (Lane 5), SH-SY5Y (Lane 6), PC-12 (Lane 7), Rat Heart (Lane 8), Mouse Heart (Lane 9) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX), 12 well. Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23002) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:5000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:20,000) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
