Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of SK-BR-3 (Lane 1), MDA-MB-231 (Lane 2), MCF-7 (Lane 3) and tissue extracts of Mouse Brain (Lane 4) and Rat Brain (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti-Sortilin Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703207, 1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution). A ~92 kDa band corresponding to Sortilin was observed across the cell lines and tissues tested.
