Western blot was performed using Anti-TREM2 Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703422). A 28 kDa (full length) and 55 kDa (glycosylated) band corresponding to TREM2 was observed across the cell lines tested. Membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) and condition media of THP1 (Lane 1 and 2), THP1 differentiated to macrophage (lane 3 and 4), and THP1 differentiated to dendritic cells(Lane 5 and 6) were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE® 12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0342BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product #) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076)
