HIF-2 alpha/EPAS1 Antibody (2444A)

Western Blot: HIF-2 alpha/EPAS1 Antibody (2444A) [NBP2-76454] - Total protein from human U87 cells treated for 4 hours with and without 100 uM cobalt chloride (CoCl2) and under normoxic and hypoxic conditions, was separated on a 7.5% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/mL anti-HIF-2 alpha in 1% non-fat milk in TBST and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.
