Immunohistochemistry analysis of CD46 on paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer tissue. Sample was incubated with CD46 polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-78985).

Western blot was performed using Anti-CD46 Polyclonal Antibody(Product # PA5-78985) and ~43-70 kDa bands corresponding to CD46 was observed across all cell lines tested along with an uncharacterized band (*)at ~17 kDa. Membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of Hep G2 (Lane 1), SK-BR-3 (Lane 2), T-47D (Lane 3), Ramos (Lane 4), HeLa (Lane 5), SW480 (Lane 6)and MOLT-4 (Lane 7) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 10% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0301BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (0.5 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4,000 dilution) using the iBright FL1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).
