Specificity: Detects mouse IL-7 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat IL-7 is observed, and less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-7 is observed. Neutralizes the biological activity of recombinant mouse IL-7. It will not neutralize the biological activity of recombinant human IL-7.
