In Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IFN-gamma R2 and rmIL-20 R alpha is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-10 Rß, rmIFN-gamma RI, and rhIL-20 Rß is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhIFN¿ß R alpha is observed.
