Western blot analysis of QDPR in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with QDPR polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-76809) using a dilution of 1:3,000 followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per Lane Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 90s.
