Description
NORE1, first identified by its ability to bind to active Ras, is related in amino acid sequence to the tumor suppressor RASSF1. Expression of NORE1 suppresses colony formation by A549 and G361 cells, inhibits anchorage-independent growth by A549 cells and delays A549 progression through G1 without evidence of increased apoptosis.
