Immunohistochemical staining of PFKP in human hippocampus shows strong cytoplasmic and dot like nucleolar positivity in neuronal cells and strong cytoplasmic staining in glial cells. Samples were probed using a PFKP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-53767).

Western blot analysis of PFKP in control (vector only transfected HEK293T lysate) and PFKP over-expression lysate (Co-expressed with a C-terminal myc-DDK tag (~3.1 kDa) in mammalian HEK293T cells). Samples were probed using a PFKP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-53767).
