Thermo Scientific™ SIX6 Polyclonal Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody developed for the detection of human SIX homeobox 6 (SIX6), a transcription factor that plays a critical role in eye development, retinal differentiation, pituitary development, and neurogenesis. Raised against a recombinant human SIX6 protein, this antibody provides specific detection of endogenous SIX6 and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues (IHC-P), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Staining studies demonstrate nuclear localization of SIX6 in human tissues and cultured cells, making it a valuable tool for investigating developmental biology, ophthalmic research, and transcription factor regulation.
