C57Bl/6 splenocytes were stimulated for 3 days with Con A then surface stained with Anti-Human/Mouse CD45R (B220) APC (Product # 17-0452-82) and 0.25 µg of Rat IgG2a K Isotype Control FITC (Product # 11-4321-42) (left) or 0.25 µg of Anti-Mouse CD166 (ALCAM) FITC (right). Total viable cells were used for analysis.
