Western Blot: CD52 Antibody (YTH 34.5-G2b (Campath-1G)) - Chimeric [NBP2-52657] - Western Blot using anti-CD52 antibody YTH 34.5-G2b (Campath-1G). Mouse spleen samples were resolved on a 15% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the rat IgG1-chimeric version of YTH 34.5-G2b at 1.5 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rat secondary antibody. Protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected unmodified running size for CD52 is ~8kDa, but this protein is extensively glycosylated and exhibits running sizes of ~11-25kDa.
