Application Notes: Anti-GST antibody has been tested by ELISA and western blot. This product is assayed against 1.0 ug of Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum] in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) and (ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:3,000 to 1:15,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
