Description
Each lot is tested in flow cytometry using freshly harvested mouse splenocytes and/or human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL). From this testing, it is recommended that 10 ?l is the maximum amount of reagent required for 1x106 cells. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient and it is recommended that the customer determine the optimum amount for each application. When using isotype controls as negative controls, it is recommended that the amount of isotype control and the testing antibody used be equivalent
