MSI2 enhances AR mRNA stability by binding the 3′‐UTR of AR mRNA to upregulate its translational level. After DHT application, AR dissociates from Hsp40, 70 and 90, and then is translocated to the nucleus to bind androgen receptor elements and exert its function as a transcription factor. Downstream molecules such as PSA and NKX3.1 are synthesized and prostate cells proliferate fast
