The Viventis Deep combines multi-view and multi-position light-sheet imaging to illuminate life in its entirety. The Viventis Deep microscope helps to expand the spatio-temporal understanding of samples to their full depth, made possible by increased spatio-temporal resolution. Detailed volumetric imaging for a complete view of the sample is achieved with a patented combination of dual illumination, dual view detection, multi-position, and the open-top sample holder. Even large light-scattering samples can be imaged over time with outstanding quality for meaningful downstream analysis. The open-top configuration of Viventis Deep, with its multi-position capabilities, allows exploring multiple living samples in parallel and increases throughput. The gentle light sheet technology of the Viventis Deep microscope provides high image quality while preserving sample viability and allows life events to be captured with long-term imaging. Flexible software allows changing settings while the timelapse is running. To prevent samples from moving out of the field of view (FOV) during time-lapse, intelligent online object tracking changes the stage coordinates.
