Detect active caspase 9 based on fluorescent inhibitor of caspase. The caspase 9 green fluorescent detection kit is cell permeant and labels active caspases inside the cell. Unbound reagent is cleared following washes and active caspase, reflecting apoptosis, is analyzed by flow cytometry, microscopy or plate reader. Premium ProBo labels are up to 18x brighter and less susceptible to photo bleaching
