Fibronectin is present in the extracellular matrix and tissues of the body, and plays an important role in cell adhesion, extracellular matrix assembly, wound repair, and cell migration. The normal concentration of Fibronectin in human plasma is 200-400mg/L, but this level may increase or decrease in certain diseases or inflammatory states.
