Antigen-specific B cells can be enumerated in two ways; antigen-coated or biotinylated antigen is used in the detection step. For memory B cells, we recommend using R848 and recombinant mouse IL-2 (both included) for pre-stimulation. Mouse IgM elisa can also be used for streptavidin-hrp
