This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human EGFR+ cells by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated antibody followed by incubation with magnetic nanoparticles. Isolated cells with 80-95% purity are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays
