Description
This kit has been developed to isolate human CD44+ cells by positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated anti-CD44 antibody followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoparticles. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, mmune statusmonitoring, or other functional assays.
