This kit has been developed to isolate highly purified human EpCAM+ cells by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are isolated by labeling biotin conjugated antibody followed by incubation with magnetic nanoparticles. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or functional assays
