This kit has been developed to isolate untouched CD14+ monocytes by negative selection. The microbubble system is exceptionally gentle on cells, helping to maintain the health and physiology of monocytes during enrichment. The desired cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as culture, cell-based experiments, or other downstream applications.
