Description
This kit uses alkaline lysis to extract plasmid DNA, and a special process is used to effectively remove RNA and RNase residues during plasmid extraction, so as to obtain plasmid DNA that can be used for mRNA transcription in vitro. The influence of RNase and RNA residues on subsequent vitro transcribed mRNA during the extraction process of conventional plasmid extraction kits is eliminated. It only takes 1 hour to complete plasmid extraction, which greatly shortens the time cost compared with the use of chromatography to purify plasmid DNA, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, speed and convenience.
