Description
This kit provides users the essential components needed to create a vast array of Organ-Chip models based on the Chip-S1® Stretchable Chip. The Chip-S1 consumable enables users to build robust organ models with a tissue-vascular interface and has been validated for a variety of organ models and applications. Kit components include Chip-S1 Stretchable Chips, Pod® Portable Modules, ER-1® / ER-2®, and Steriflip Filters. Users will need to supply their own biological components (cells, ECM, and media). Organ-Chips created using this kit can be cultured on the Human Emulation System for precise control of culturing conditions (media flow rates and stretch frequency)
